NCWF Affiliate Clubs
Many affiliated wildlife and conservation entities across the state help make the grassroots network that serves as the backbone of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation (NCWF). Affiliate's range from youth and adult groups to statewide organizations and local chapters or extensions of national or statewide organizations & associations. There are affiliation possibilities for almost any kind of entity dedicated to protecting our natural resources and ensuring quality outdoor experiences. We are always looking for new entities interested in affiliation to further work for wildlife and wild places.The benefits of becoming a NCWF affiliate include timely information on issues; assistance with bylaws, mission statements and incorporation; suggestions and support materials for programs and projects; subscription to our offical journal Friend of Wildlife; notification of important public hearings and meetings in your area; and cooperation and support from NCWF on conservation education programs. It's important to note that NCWF has traidtionally emmployed a dedicated governmental affairs director to work with elected officials and governmental agencies on major issues affecting the state's natural resources. In addition, as the state affiliate to the National Wildlife Federation, NCWF has access to some of the Nation's top resource professionals.
